It has been a busy day! We received word that "Auntie" Myriah gave birth to a healthy baby boy last night. Lazlo Storm, 8 lbs, 10 oz and 21 inches long! Everyone is doing well and we can't wait to meet the newest addition when we return. We also want to congratulate our friends Kate and David on the arrival of their first baby, Rose Louise (no stats yet). Very exciting!!!! Back to our visit here, we spent time at the Children's Museum this morning. The boys had a blast in the "sandwich shop" and they also enjoyed the train exhibit. The big event of the day was getting haircuts. This was Lil' T's first one so I was anxious. Elizabeth took us to this great place where you get a box of the locks, a special card with the first lock with the date & other info, a bottle of shampoo and a DVD of the experience. Lil' T was very unsure of the whole thing. He got to sit in a cool race car in front of a T.V. but did not want to sit there with the lady messing with his hair. I managed to get the smock on him and he held a "pop" tightly in his fist. There were tears at the beginning and towards the end but overall he did very well. The T.V. helped because it had Arthur on. When he saw the pile of hair growing in front of him he exclaimed "Oh No!". They took off more than I was expecting so I am still adjusting to the new look. My baby is gone and there is a big boy in his place. He does look very handsome and I hope the "She's so cute" remarks will be over for awhile. Here are pictures from the adventure. They are pretty self-explanatory. Enjoy!
