We had such a fabulous time in IL with Elizabeth, Ethan and Bill! We went on so many fun mini-adventures. Bowling and the haircuts were definitely highlights but we also went to the Kohl's Children's Museum 2 times, we went to the Nature Museum, we played in the snow, we went to story time at the library, and we went to this neat little diner called Choo Choo where a model train brought us our food! The boys also had fun just running around the house together, taking baths and helping Elizabeth make dinner. Lil' T was a great traveler and did so well on the plane both ways:) Here are some pictures from the whole adventure. Big thanks to Elizabeth, Bill & Ethan for treating us to such a wonderful week! Pictures: 1) Ethan and Lil' T sledding in the front yard, 2) Lil' T using the guide to show us the butterflies in the pavilion (a highlight of the Nature Museum), 3) playing in the water at the Nature Museum, 4) baking popovers for dinner (both boys did a great job buttering the pans and whisking the batter), 5) getting our lunch off the train, 6) going for a train ride, 7) in front of The Choo Choo Diner & 8) grocery shopping at the Children's Museum!
