Sesame Place

Let me start off by saying that the little man has been not feeling well all week. He has had a high fever and hasn't felt like eating. He was acting like himself again on Thursday and the fever was gone or so we thought so we made the trek to Sesame Place. Lil' T entertained himself and the rest of his fellow travelers (Nani, Da, Auntie, Daddy & myself) all the way to our stop for dinner. We sat down to eat and he looked pale as a ghost. Sure enough the fever had spiked. We thought for sure he would fall asleep in the car but as soon as the Mortin kicked in he was a little wild man and sang loudly the rest of the car ride. So sleep didn't come until about 11pm and then he woke at 5 am. Not a great start to a fun weekend but he is such a trooper! He rallied and had a fun breakfast with Elmo, Big Bird, Zoe, Ernie & Bert. He seemed to enjoy the rides (big smiles & giggles). I think he is going to be my little dare devil (the more we spun and the higher we were on rides, the better). We saw 3 great shows and Lil' T was enthralled from start to finish. He got to see Super Grover and Cookie Monster out on the streets and gave them shy hugs and high fives. He was excited to see all his favorite friends from Sesame Street but cautious about approaching them. He took a 2 hour nap in his stroller and after the third show, a few more rides and a quick gift shop stop we called it a day. Lil' T and I cooled off in the hotel pool before calling it a night for the little man. We head over to Hershey Park tomorrow for the rest of our trip.
